About
Pietro Aloi is an active part of the European jazz community, thanks to his concert activity in several line-ups (chiefly solo, duo and trio) and collaborations with some of the most prominent musicians on the European scene, including Michael Moore, Federica Lorusso, and Carlo Nicita. His debut album is expected by the end of 2026.
His piano style is rooted in jazz and improvisation but also draws inspiration from other worlds such as classical music – especially in terms of the search for a refined and wide-ranging sound – and Brazilian music, from which he has borrowed especially the percussive aspect.
